Re: Ability to send messages with friend requests!
No, it would be abused to spam random strangers, or harass other players.
It's has been requeste so many times, and it's still a very bad idea.
In a perfect world, it would be a great feature, Steam is just not that world.

Ability to send messages with friend requests!
Something that would help social interactions a lot is if you are able to send messages with your friend requests because as it stands now, there's no way to contact someone to let them know you who are which could even lead to a friend blocking you if they don't recognize your profile(true story), and for those that are against this idea, add a setting in your profile that disables people being able to send you messages with their friend request, for instance: 1. Cx3cortez has sent you a friend request: "Hello Peter, this is Carol, we used to play Counterstrike together. I hope you'll accept my friend request!" 2. bluestorm has sent you a friend request: "Hi, I saw you in the music group would you like to be my friend?"

What about rewards for Combat Zone
i am playing the combat zone 1-3h a day and it would be nice if we can atleast get the XP for making kills there... we could also get a Victory crate every 500 Kills or so (or make an Combat Zone crate with training themed skins (sport pants etc.))

Issue: spam of throwable stuffs
We all agree that spam throwable stuffs is extremely unpleasant, harming the gaming experience in general. Why not working with logic? More precisely by following the order of the steps to launch a throwable stuff:
A time of prepartion, for example: unpin a grenade, put quickly the flammable liquid into the molotov, etc...
Cast time between each throwable stuffs
A time to launch
All of this with better, improved animations. The belt could be used only to equip throwable stuffs. This could be a solid base to develop.

WHAT IS A COMBAT RATING?
Combat Rating:
A player's combat rating is measured by looking at the stats/makeup of the best equipment for each 'slot' that the player owns. This includes items that are equipped, in the player's inventory, and in the player's bank.
Combat rating is used by a number of advanced Alerts, Raids and Duos as a minimum requirement to sign up for/enter into the encounter. Some instances also have Mark of Victory eligibility Combat Rating requirements. There are also a number of teleporters for specific regions (ex: Central City) that have a minimum combat rating required for players to activate/enter.
The DC Universe Online In-game Team can not edit, or otherwise provide specifics on why a character's combat level is what it is: the team does not see the internal mathematics involved in the computation.
Could we get a rework for the AR?
I'm tired of not being able to do a spray at close range (10 meters or less), because if someone who is very close to me, has a shotgun and i don't know, while I have an AR in hand, I will fail about 90% of the bullets, while he will will make one pump to me. The AR should have a spray a little different to the AK, but we can get the possibility to almost spray at very, very close range.
